What sets Heart & Soul apart from other photographers?
Heart & Soul Creative is a team of dedicated professionals with more than 30 years of combined experience.
As parents of young families with loving partners, we understand that family is everything and that it isn't just about the amazing artwork at the end but the experience itself.
We have the compassion and genuine love of what we do and we understand the importance of personalised service.


Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, of course.
We have gift vouchers available for any value you would like in $100 increments.


How long is a session?
The lenght of a session with Heart & Soul Creative depends on the type of session you book.
From a 30 minutes mini-session followed by a viewing to a 3 hours deluxe Experience.


Do you provide props and outfits?
We create customised work of art of those nearest and dearest to you so we work with every family to find personal items where we can as well as have a styling consultation to go over all the details of what to wear.
We do have some props and outfits for specific sessions but we want the focus to be you and your favourite people so we generally avoid using props.


When can I see my photos?
We understand how excited our clients get after having their session and want to see their photos as soon as possible.
Luckily, you don't have to wait at all.
All our clients view their images on the same day and select their absolute favourite to turn into works of art.


How long do I have to wait for my artwork?
Heart & Soul Creative endeavour to have all artwork delivered to our beautiful clients within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order.
